Joe décide de reprendre son ancienne apparence en se rasant la barbe et se coupant les cheveux. Il apprend à faire connaissance avec Lily Gray et les premiers conflits apparaissent : Emma lui demande des comptes et Lily lui fait un cadeau qui remet en cause son libre arbitre, le poussant dans ses retranchements. Max et Ryan continuent de suivre Giselle et la kidnappent. Elle les mène à une usine et Ryan parvient à tuer un des membres de la «famille» Gray. Il finit également par tuer Giselle, provoquant la colère de Luke. Et Joe finit par annoncer à Emma qu'il a un nouveau plan
